How much does it cost to automate a business process with AI?
It depends on the complexity of the process. A single well-defined automation (quotes or email triage, for example) is a contained investment that typically pays for itself within a few months of saved hours. After the free first call you get a clear proposal with costs, timeline and an estimate of hours recovered per month.
Is my company too small for AI?
No. The smaller the company, the more every hour of manual work weighs. We mostly work with teams of 2 to 50 people. You don’t need an IT department: we use the tools you already have and train your team for daily use.
Which business processes can be automated with AI?
Anything repetitive and based on rules or documents: quoting, invoicing, email triage, reporting, data entry, client and supplier onboarding, content production. The rule of thumb is simple: if a task repeats the same way every week, it can almost certainly be automated.
How quickly will I see results?
The first automation is usually live within 2–4 weeks of the initial call. From then on the saved hours accumulate every week, and we measure them together month by month.
Is my company data safe?
Yes. We only use GDPR-compliant services, keep data processing in Europe where possible, and configure AI tools so your data is never used to train someone else’s models. Access and credentials remain yours.

We can work on it seriously: it’s called GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). We optimise your site, content and structured data so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI can find and cite your company when a potential customer asks for advice in your field. Nobody can guarantee a citation, but the odds can be raised considerably.
