Consulting FAQs
What’s the difference between consulting and process automation?
Consulting answers the question “what is worth doing with AI in my company?” and produces a plan ordered by priority. Process automation is the execution: building the flows that save the hours. Many clients start with consulting and continue with automation, but they’re separate services: you can execute the plan with anyone.
How long does an AI consulting engagement take?
The assessment with roadmap usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on company size. Team training is organised in half-day sessions. Ongoing support is up to you: some want a monthly check-in, others call only when needed.
My team isn’t technical. Can they still use AI?
Yes, and that’s the most common case. Modern AI tools are used in plain language, writing normal requests. The difference between useless dabbling and hours saved is method, and method can be taught: that’s exactly what the training is for.
Are there grants or incentives for SMB digitalisation?
Periodically, yes: regional grants, digitalisation vouchers and tax credits on training and innovation, depending on your country and region. They change often, so during the proposal phase we check together what’s currently available for you.
